Instructions

  1. Cut the whole chickens into 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 legs and 4 wings and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oil, in a Pressurefryer, to 325 degrees F.

3. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili. Put it aside.

4. Pour the butter milk into another bowl large enough for the chicken to soak in the buttermilk.

5. Prepare the dredging station. Put your chicken in the bowl. Next to it is a bowl of buttermilk, with a dry mixture.
6. Remove your breasts, lightly sprinkle the flour mixture over them, then immerse them in buttermilk until they are covered, then place them in the flour mixture.
6. Take the breast from the flour mixture and vigorously push the flour mixture into the wet chicken. Make sure the chicken is wrapped thoroughly, otherwise you won't achieve the skin and crispness you want. Gently place the breast in hot oil.

8. When you put the last chicken wing into a frying pan, you should have 16 pieces of chicken in the oil. Set the timer to 15 minutes.
9. After 15 minutes, check the temperature of the breast with a probe thermometer. If the temperature is 180 degrees Fahrenheit, then your chicken is all cooked. 
10. Remove the chicken from the oil and let it drain for 5 minutes.

11. Allow to cool for another 10 minutes before serving.
